Data controller: PUBLIRED SERVICIOS Y PROYECTOS S.L. (Movilfly), tax ID (NIF) [[NIF]], registered address at C/ Las Viñas, 16, 03140 Guardamar del Segura (Alicante). Contact: hola@movilfly.com.

Purpose: to manage the registration and use of your account, provide the file storage and synchronisation service, handle your requests and send you notices related to the service.

Legal basis: performance of the service contract that you request and, where applicable, your consent and the legitimate interest in the security of the service.

Data processed: name, email address, company name, account usage data and the files you store. The files are yours: the owner does not access their content except where legally required or at your request for support.

Retention: for as long as you keep the account and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Unconfirmed sign-up requests are deleted after 24 hours.

Recipients: data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Technical service providers act as data processors, with servers in the European Union.

Rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@movilfly.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies: this site only uses a technical session cookie, necessary for the forms and the panel to work. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
