Where are my files stored?
On servers located in the European Union, subject to European data protection law.
Can I recover a deleted file or an earlier version?
Yes. Deleted files go to the recycle bin, and each file keeps its version history for as long as your plan allows.
How do I share files with my team or with clients?
You can share folders with people and groups, with read or write permission, or send links with a password and an expiry date. You can also request files from others with an upload link.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Paid plans come with a 30-day trial. Before it ends, we will let you know so you can choose how to continue; in the meantime you can switch to another plan whenever you like.
Can I protect folders with my own key?
Yes. You can create encrypted libraries: only someone who knows the password can read their contents.
