Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the CopiasCloud service, provided by PUBLIRED SERVICIOS Y PROYECTOS S.L. (Movilfly), tax ID (NIF) [[NIF]], with registered address at C/ Las Viñas, 16, 03140 Guardamar del Segura (Alicante).

Account. To use the service you must sign up with a verified email address and a password of your own. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity of your account and of the people to whom you give access.

Plans and trial. There is a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans include a 30-day trial period. Prices and payment terms will be communicated before any charge; nothing will be charged without your consent.

Acceptable use. You may not use the service to store or share unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights or that contains malicious software, nor to attempt to access other people's accounts.

Your data. The files you store remain yours. You can download or delete them whenever you wish. When you close the account they will be deleted, unless the law requires some data to be retained.

Availability. Every effort is made to keep the service available and to keep backups, but you are advised to keep a local copy of anything important. The owner is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Suspension. The owner may suspend an account that breaches these terms or whose trial period has ended without continuing on a plan.

Changes. The terms may be updated; you will be notified of any significant changes. They are governed by Spanish law.
